Customer Service & Verbal Reasoning practice
Two related things turn up under this heading. One is a verbal reasoning test built on customer-relations passages — you read a notice or a policy extract, then judge what it does and does not say. The other is a live customer-service role play at an assessment centre. Both reward the same habit: answering from what is actually in front of you, calmly, without inventing policy.

Careful reading of passenger-facing wording, and responding to a difficult customer situation without over-promising or escalating it.
